As a Life Designer<\/strong>, Manifestation Coach<\/strong>, and Energetic Healer<\/strong>, it\u2019s my passion to help people unlock their full potential and experience healing on all levels. Together with my husband Florian, I founded the Retreat Oasis Portugal<\/strong> in 2021 \u2013 a heartfelt project that came to life at the magical Praia Grande beach in Sintra.<\/p>\n

My professional journey began in the creative world: for 15 years, I worked as a designer for successful companies in Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, and Portugal. However, deep within me, I felt the call to take a different path \u2013 one that helps people live more consciously and fulfilling lives.<\/p>\n

During my travels after completing my design studies in 2009, I discovered the power of gratitude<\/strong>, mindfulness<\/strong>, and conscious relationships<\/strong>. These insights continue to shape my life today \u2013 and I love sharing them in my coaching sessions and workshops.<\/p>\n

    I\u2019m Flo(rian) \u2013 originally from the beautiful Upper Styria in Austria and proudly living in Portugal for 12 years. Together with my family, I enjoy life here amidst nature, between the impressive Sintra National Park and the stunning beaches, which I now know as well as the back of my hand.<\/p>\n

    My love for nature and sports has shaped me from a young age, and here in Portugal, I fully embrace it.
