Why we are looking for volunteers
Our volunteers are an essential part of our retreat flow.
They bring lightness, warmth and support into many of our processes – and help us create a welcoming, relaxed and loving experience for our guests.
At the same time, volunteers receive something in return that is truly priceless:
a summer by the sea, community, nature, surfing, freedom – and the true retreat feeling.
Timeframe 2026 – When we need you
We are looking for volunteers for the entire July & August 2026.
The most important period is:

This is the perfect place for surfer girls, nature lovers, travel girls & anyone who loves summer, sunshine and community.
Your tasks – simple, varied, meaningful
You will support us in areas such as:
• welcoming guests and assisting them warmly
• preparing breakfast baskets
• helping during the Welcome Dinner & Pizza Night
• supporting children (ages 3–6) at the beach – lovingly and playfully
• creating social media content (creativity welcome!)
• light cleaning and organizational tasks
You don’t need any professional experience – just warmth, reliability and the joy of helping.
Who we are looking for

• are independent and helpful
• enjoy being around families & children
• like to laugh and bring positive energy
• speak English (German is a big advantage!)

Two friends traveling together are ideal – but solo applications are equally welcome.
